Thus, for example, data from 8 March 1996 covers the period 0700 EST 7 March to 0700 EST 8 March and data from 12 July 1995 covers the period 0800 EDT (0700 EST) 11 July to 0800 EDT 12 July. Data prior to 1 July 1957 were interpolated to calendar day (EST), with the exception of snowfall data which were collected at 0700 EST the next day.

Data found in the monthly summary table has been interpolated to CALENDAR DAY (midnight to midnight EST).
